Design Brief: We are creating a 15 (free standing) unit private community on the Colorado River, 1.5 hours from Austin, TX. Our goal and purpose is to create weekend escape from the city to enjoy the outdoors with friends and family. Our architectural design is modern while blending into nature. The property is 42 acres, with over 180 mature pecan trees, along the Colorado River.
For the Icon, I need a pecan tree in the the shape of gumdrop.
